eduK • Landing Page: Gastronomy

eduK is an online learning platform, that produces original content and also broadcasts partners content. This landing page was part of an AB Testing: can we improve conversion if we take users interested in gastronomy to a specific landing page about gastronomy?



Research

First step was a talking to the Gastronomy Manager at eduK, responsible for curating the courses that would be featuring our catalogue. This made clear what most users are looking for when they start using our product, and which areas are top sellers.

I also analysed recordings and heatmaps from Hotjar, finding out that most users watch more than one course trailer before signing up.

These are the most important information for building the landing page:

  • Pastry is the top seller area
  • Different course trailers should be easy to find
  • Students are passionate about eduK’s experts
  • Social proof: endorsing eduK
  • Offer + CTA
